We offer a flat rate tracked shipping fee of $11.50 on all orders Australia wide only. 

Express postage is $19.95 also tracked.

All orders are posted from Gladstone in Central Queensland and my turnaround time on all orders in 3 business days but can be up to 5+ days in busier times so please allow this. Also Scented Soul is run by one person so please be kind.

We use Australia Post to post ALL our orders, and they will each come with a tracking number which you will receive via email once your order is posted.

During the busier times of the year Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter your Order may take a bit longer due to the high volume of orders so please be patient and allow this.

**For ALL local Gladstone Orders, we do NOT personally delivery your order to you so please click the Pickup option box at Checkout. Once your order is ready you will be sent an email pickup confirmation with available days and times for you to pick up your order that week.
