Our Sinus Steamer pack contains 5 mini size shower steamers and are perfect for runny nose, sinus and congestion. Each steamer is made using Menthol, Peppermint & Eucalyptus Essential oils and Organic Peppermint leaves.

TO USE:  Unwrap shower steamer and place either on floor or somewhere close to you out of direct flow of water, when the water hits the steamer the steam releases the essential oils allowing you to breathe in the aroma. 

**Please avoid during pregnancy and DO NOT USE in a bath as they contain high amounts of oils and menthol and can burn sensitve parts**
