One of the blends I created for myself to help me sleep is now available in a roller.

Each one is made using a natural blend of relaxing Essential Oils that help the body relax and wind down ready for sleep. We have also added Amethyst crystals and Rainbow moonstone for their calming properties too.

To Use: Roll onto soles of feet, back of neck, chest or roll into the palms of your hands cupping your face and taking in some deep breaths.

Full Ingredients:  Fractionated coconut oil, Lavender, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Vetiver Essential Oils, Amethyst and Rainbow moonstone Crystals
