Our Essential oil Sleep spray is made using a natural blend of relaxing Essential Oils that help the body relax and wind down ready for sleep. We have also added Amethyst crystals for their calming properties

To Use: Shake bottle and lightly spray around bedroom and onto your pillow case just before bedtime to help relax and wind down. (Do not spray on wooden surfaces or silk as the oils may stain/mark)

 

Full Ingredients: Distilled Water, Natural Essential Oil Dispersant (from coconut and almond oils), Lavender, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Vetiver Essential Oils, Amethyst Crystals

Anxiety spray

I have used anxiety spray for a while I find it a lot easy to get out and about and and recently started using it at bed time, since doing that I sleep a lot better a wake up feeling like I have slept.I have just received the sleep spray looking forward to giving it a go
