SHIPPING INFO
Scented soul offers a standard flat rate shipping fee of only $11.50 Australia wide tracked so you can fill up those carts and only pay $11.50, or we offer Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
Express Shipping is $17.95 tracked.

Once payment is received, your order will be posted within 2- 3 days of receiving the order. We use Australia Post to send all our Orders. Depending on where you live this can take up to 7 days or longer especially during the busy times of year like Christmas, Valentine's day, Mother's day and Easter, so please be patient and allow this. For local Gladstone Orders you will receive a email once your order is ready for pickup with times and days for pickup.
After a Order has left our hands we are at NO fault if it is damaged and exchanges or Refunds WILL NOT be made.
PRODUCT INFO
All of our scented soul products are handmade by one person and at times I can get very busy, so please be patient as you may have to wait extra time for your order especially during the busy times of year. All products may differ slightly in colour or appearance to pictures, and although I do try and make them all the same sometimes the colours do come out different, this does not affect the product though and will still work/smell the same. Some of our products do contain Nut oils so if you are allergic to these please read our ingredients on our Products first before ordering.
They are all made using only skin friendly ingredients. Our products can be used on sensitive skin especially if you do suffer from Dermatitis or Eczema. Sometimes you may get a reaction from a fragrance and if so, please stop using immediately.

We currently accept payment for orders using PayPal, Shopify plus, and After Pay
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Scented Soul DOES NOT offer exchanges or Refunds on Products. Each Order is Packed with the Upmost care and once it is posted it is out of our Hands. If however there is a error or fault with a product that is our own, the Products must be photographed, email and Must be sent back to us to determine if a refund will then be issued. If it appears that the product is faulty, only then will products be refunded.
