SHIPPING INFO

Scented soul offers a standard flat rate shipping fee of $10.50 Australia wide. *For local Gladstone Orders, you must enter 4680 at the discount code in checkout so that you don't get charged the shipping fee*


Once payment is received, your order will be posted within 3-5 days of receiving the order. We use Mailman Officeworks and Australia Post to send all our Orders. Depending on where you live this can take up to 7 days or longer especially during the busy times of year like Christmas, Valentines day, Mothers day and Easter, so please be patient and allow this. For local Gladstone Orders, you will receive a email once your order is ready for pickup.

 

PRODUCT INFO

​All of our scented soul products are handmade by one person and at times I can get very busy, so please be patient as you may have to wait extra time for your order especially during the busy times of year. All products may differ slightly in colour or appearance, although I do try and make them all the same, sometimes the colours do come out different, this does not affect the product though and will still work the same. Some of our products do contain Gluten and Nut oils so if you are allergic to these please read our ingredients on our Products first before ordering.

​They are all made Paraben free and can be used on sensitive skin especially if you do suffer from Dermatitis or Eczema.

We currently accept payment for orders using PayPal, Shopify plus and Afterpay

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We pride ourselves in taking care with wrapping and protecting all products prior to postage. But sometimes breakages happen, if your parcel has been damaged please contact us ASAP along with photos of the damaged parcel/product in its original packaging.
